Reservation, Deposit & Cancellation Policy

At Gonell's Transportation & Multi Services, every reservation is assigned a dedicated driver and vehicle to ensure reliable, personalized, and on-time service. To provide the best experience for all of our customers, we encourage advance reservations.

• Advance reservations are strongly recommended.

• Same-day service is subject to driver availability.

• Airport transportation should be reserved as soon as your travel plans are confirmed.

• Weekend, holiday, and early morning airport reservations book quickly.

• Reservation requests are confirmed based on availability.

Reserve early to secure your preferred pickup time and ensure driver availability.

Reservation Deposit

A 25% deposit is required to confirm:

• Long-distance transportation

• Airport transfers

• Hourly chauffeur service

• Round-trip reservations

• Trips requiring reserved driver availability

• Round-trip reservations

• Trips requiring reserved driver availability

Reservations are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

Airport Pickups

Airport pickup reservations require full payment in advance due to flight monitoring, scheduling, and reserved driver availability.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup will receive a full refund of all payments made.

• Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup will receive a refund of any amount paid, excluding the 20% deposit.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are non-refundable.

• If no deposit was collected at the time of booking, a $25 late cancellation fee may apply.
